Warframe relics are special items in the game that contain blueprints for various weapons, warframes, and other items. These relics can be obtained through various in-game activities such as missions, bounties, and void fissures. Players can then use these relics to participate in void fissure missions, where they can open the relics to obtain the blueprints and other rewards inside. Relics come in different tiers and have different drop tables, offering a variety of rewards for players to collect. **

No, Warframe accounts cannot be transferred or sold to another player. Each account is tied to the individual player and cannot be transferred to a different person. Yes, the view in Warframe is shifted as it is a third-person shooter game. This means that the player's perspective is from behind and slightly above the character they are controlling, allowing them to see their character and the surrounding environment. The shifted view provides a wider field of vision and allows for better situational awareness during combat and exploration. **

To obtain Warframe phantoms, players can acquire the blueprint for the Warframe from the Tenno Lab in their clan dojo. Once the blueprint is obtained, players can gather the necessary resources and credits to craft the Warframe in the Foundry. After crafting the Warframe, players can then use it in missions to harness its abilities and powers. **

Warframe Specters can be obtained by scanning enemies with the Codex Scanner or Synthesis Scanner to gather data, which can then be used to create Specters in the Clan Dojo's Tenno Lab. Additionally, Specter blueprints can be acquired as rewards from certain Syndicate missions or as drops from specific enemies. Once the blueprint is obtained, players can craft the Specters using the appropriate resources. **
